Director of Employee Health for their 609-bed flagship hospital. They are one
of the most prestigious medical centers in the Nation and have an affiliation
with a well-known Academic Institution, keeping them at the forefront of
medical advancements, cutting edge research, and some of the most advanced

In this important role, you
will lead all activities related to Employee Health Services including routine
physicals, the workers compensation process, medical and infection prevention,
respiratory fit testing, and evaluation of work related injuries/illnesses.
This leader will work with a diverse constituency educating individuals on best
practices and effective procedures that promote safety and prevention. You will
be challenged to mentor, develop, and grow a team focused on a high level of
customer service. This leader will also have the opportunity to proactively
partner with Life Safety, Infection Prevention and Human Resources to promote
initiatives leading to desired outcomes and track and analyze data related to
OSHA and other related departmental statistics.
The successful candidate
will have a strong sense of values, lead by example, operate autonomously, and
be action oriented. This leader will also need to demonstrate a tremendous
amount of enthusiasm, energy, and passion. This professional must have a
history building effective relationships, along with proven leadership and
communication skills. The position requires the individual to be a RN or Nurse
Practitioner.
