preceptor, and preferably have experience in case and/or utilization management
- Bachelor's in Nursing / be an RN
Director of Clinical Operations:

Must
have experience as a manager, and preferably have experience in case and/or utilization management
- Bachelor's in Nursing
- Preferably a Masters in Nursing or an MBA (but not required).
