Position: Occupational Health Nurse (RN)
Location: Winchester, KY
Type: Occupational Health Clinic
Status: 20 hours per week, must be flexible to do early morning & late
afternoon hours
The successful candidate will provide input into the finalized work schedule.
Duties:
- manage a cost effective occupational health program;
- provide case management of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses;
- assure compliance with company and legislative policies and procedures

participate in other related efforts such as employee training, ergonomic teams, and accident investigation.
Requirements:
-
Candidates must possess an RN license with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field and a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Must possess teamwork, leadership, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Computer skills
Additionally, an ideal candidate may possess many of the following:
-
Occupational Health Nurse certification (COHN);
- Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support;
- Knowledge of audiometrics and spirometry;
- Knowledge of Occupational Health including workers compensation, health and wellness promotion is preferred;
- Working knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leave Act,
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Management;
