Nationally accredited, 350 bed regional
medical center that provides comprehensive emergency, medical/surgical,
rehabilitative services needs a nursing manager who has demonstrated
quantifiable success in case management of Workers' Compensation within
a hospital setting. You will need the ability to develop and maintain
effective relationships with internal and external colleagues and the
creative resolution to problems within the established parameters of
a large and complicated organization.

Requirements:
Must have at least a RN, a
BSN is preferred. Ability to obtain New Jersey Nursing License is also
required.
8-10 years nursing experience
is required.
Minimum of 5 years Occupational
Health nurse experience (3 years in a hospital setting - industrial
experience not an acceptable substitute).
3-5 years supervisory experience.
Experience in case management
of workers' compensation cases.
Knowledge of HRIS systems
& reporting systems (e.g. Lawson)
